LBD Challenge Toolkit


The LBD Challenge Toolkit is a comprehensive resource designed to help our Challenge participants to break free from the cycle of procrastination and achieve their wellness goals. This toolkit provides all the necessary tools and support for a transformational journey towards better health and self-confidence during the last 30 days of the year. Whether you're a beginner or experienced fitness enthusiast, the LBD Challenge Toolkit is tailored to meet individual needs. It accompanies our daily challenge workouts, and includes meal plans and mindset exercises. In addition, there are weekly mini-challenges focused on clean eating, mindfulness, and productivity.


The toolkit also features LIVE life coaching meetings facilitated by certified life coach, Renee Hall, to help our LBD Challengers navigate the stress, business, and overwhelming emotions of the holiday season. The weekly interactive Zoom meetings provide an opportunity for participants to connect and receive guidance, encouragement, and support.

Clean Eating Challenge


The REB3L Clean Eating Challenge is a four-week guide to upgrading eating habits for better health. This challenge encourages you to set goals such as losing weight, increasing energy, breaking sugar addiction, or learning new healthy recipes, and resetting your metabolism.

Mindfulness Challenge


Our four-week Mindfulness Challenge will implement mindfulness practices that are handpicked to help you build resiliency, stress less, and improve your overall well-being.

Productivity Challenge


This four week Productivity Challenge is designed to help you become your most productive self and make the most of your time. Rather than just staying busy, true productivity means focusing on the most important tasks and reducing mental energy spent on decision-making and task-switching.
